Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: All clients are responsible for cancelling their own appointment 24 hours prior to service! Failure to do so will result in 100% of service booked charged to the card on file. I also send a message 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel is out of my hands at that point. Rescheduling: Text to reschedule your session 24 hours prior to app ointment time. Deposit/travel fee transfers. No Call/No Show: I will charge the card on file 100% of the service to the card on file. Won't be able to book with me again. I literally text the day before a session to make sure you can still make it.
